Our favorite little kid, Lucy, has officially transitioned to life as a full-time outdoor goat!
Since she got plenty of supervised playtime with the herd all along, she was readily accepted right back by everyone—especially her mother. She is even spending her days playing outside with two other goat kids named Peter and Susan! Even better news: she is suckling so well that she doesn’t need bottle-feeding at all anymore.
Before making the official move back to the pasture, Lucy got in a few final indoor VIP experiences. She spent some quality couch time catching up on Clarkson’s Farm on TV with Dr. Rolfe and Margaret.
She also made a special farewell visit to Dr. Rolfe’s aunt at her senior facility, which was a massive hit. Wearing her signature diaper and onesie, Lucy ran up and down the hallways, bringing a ton of smiles to the residents and staff.
We’ll definitely miss her indoor antics, but we’re so happy to see her thriving out in the field where she belongs!
