We have been experiencing an overwhelming increase in demand for veterinary services, which has made it difficult for our clients to schedule timely visits. In addition to this, we have seen an increase in the number of clients failing to show up for their scheduled appointments, despite reminders via email, text messages, and phone calls. Every day it’s heartbreaking for us to have to turn sick pets away because we don’t have time to see them.
As a disincentive, we are implementing a $65 no-show fee, which will be applied if a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without calling to cancel at least 4 hours before that appointment.
Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you are unable to make it to your appointment so that we can offer that spot to another patient in need.
