Due to the very high demand for appointment times, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with a doctor, please call a minimum 24 hours in advance during regular business hours. Surgical bookings require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or change. By canceling your appointment as soon as possible, allows us to help other patients who are needing care and waiting to be seen.
Clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered no-show and will be billed a no show fee of $75.
Clients who fail to show up for surgical bookings, the client will be billed for 25% of the scheduled procedure. All no-show/missed visits are recorded in client files. Multiple no-show’s may result in that client being discharged from our practice and asked to seek healthcare with another practice. We realize that an emergency may occur, and you may not be able to notify us. We will discuss that situation with you when it happens.
